From Teachers/Parents (Account Holders):

• Billing information (for paid subscriptions)

From Students:

• First name only (no last names required)
• Grade level
• Math performance data (answers, accuracy, time on task)
• Game progress and achievements

Important: We do NOT collect email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal contact information from students.

How We Use Information

• To provide and improve our educational services
• To track and report student learning progress
• To personalize the learning experience
• To communicate with teachers and parents about their accounts
• To process payments and manage subscriptions

We never sell personal data. We do not use student data for advertising or marketing purposes.

COPPA Compliance
